Engineering Validation Before Mass Production
Prototype development is used to verify whether confirmed specifications perform correctly in real equipment before mass production. Samples can be evaluated for display function, image quality, brightness, touch response, interface communication, mechanical fit, bonding structure, connector position, and assembly compatibility.
Engineering feedback from sample testing can be incorporated into drawing revisions, FPC adjustment, backlight optimization, touch parameters, cover glass design, or mechanical structure before final specifications are released.
Once sample performance and mechanical integration are confirmed, approved drawings, specifications, materials, and key process requirements are transferred into production control. This helps maintain consistency between validated samples and future production batches.
