Integrity, quality honesty, and intellectual property protection form the bedrock of MAXEN. Our Ethics Policy governs every commercial transaction, raw material procurement decision, and OEM/ODM manufacturing partnership.

1. Zero Tolerance for Material Substitution or Quality Fraud

We strictly prohibit the unauthorized substitution of raw materials, components, or inspection steps. Every batch shipped from our factory must conform to the exact material grade, performance specification, and QC checklist agreed upon with the buyer.

2. Anti-Bribery, Fair Trade & Client IP Protection

• Anti-Corruption & Fair Sourcing: Supplier selection in our Procurement Department is based strictly on ISO quality qualification, RoHS/REACH compliance, and fair market pricing;
• Strict NDA & IP Respect: Client molds, custom designs, and proprietary parameters are never shared with third parties;
• Honest Lead-Time & Capacity Reporting: Our sales and project teams provide realistic, transparent production schedules and real-time order tracking.
